The scale is going to start to tip; nights get longer, and darkness takes up more space.

What am I releasing as the light recedes? This can be an old pattern, a way of being, something Summer asked of you that you are not bringing into Fall

What am I inviting in as the dark deepens? This could be rest, depth, slowness; is there something you’ve been avoiding, tucked away, that feels more accessible in these darker months?
